Story Submission Release

By submitting my story, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. Rights Granted
   I grant Tori English, Inc. dba Small Biz Companion a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, modify, publish, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit my submitted story, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats, whether now known or later developed, including but not limited to YouTube, podcasts, social media platforms, websites, books, and print publications.

2. No Compensation
   I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation, payment, credit, or acknowledgment for the submission or for any subsequent use of my story.

3. Retention of Personal Rights
   I retain the right to tell, publish, or share my story elsewhere. Nothing in this release prevents me from using my story in any other way.

4. Adaptation
   I acknowledge that Small Biz Companion may adapt, edit, or fictionalize details of my story for clarity, comedic effect, or other editorial reasons.

5. Release of Claims
   I waive and release any claim I may have against Victoria English and Tori English, Inc. dba Small Biz Companion arising out of the use, adaptation, or publication of my submission.
